"At UIFI I learned what it meant to be a member of the Greek community. I went into the experience nervous but excited to attend 'one of those' leadership conferences. It was just my luck that it was much more than the average experience! With two lead facilitators and a staff of professionals who care about the future of Greek Life, like myself and other fraternity members from across the country, I learned from the experiences I had in Indiana to be true to myself, Tri-Sigma, and Greek life. The ideals that our founders emphasized in our ritual became alive and true to our hearts due to the UIFI curriculum and dedication of those in attendance. The bonds with my peers are incredible and I have no doubt that we will help each other shape our chapters and campus Greek communities in the future as we have done since our return from UIFI."
